  2. The current indication of sale of solar energy through REC certificates is about Rs 10 /kwh.On what basis you indicate it is likely to fall to Rs 6.2 /kwh What is the make of pv cells you propose in your project.I hope obviously <I hope<you do not suggest thin film cells from China
